Moisturizes amazingly well, I use it as the last step over essence and serum. Super nice formula that sinks into the skin. I feel hydrated all day, I have normal to slightly drier skin. Really good tube.
I am a bit torn with this. I enjoy it. It is different from other toners I have tried. The consistency is like a very watered down gel. I know it's a toner but I still use it after a hydrating toner and layer it twice. Very nice fresh and moisturized feeling.
