Before starting the massage, place the spoon in the refrigerator or freezer for about 10-20 minutes, cleanse and dry your face, and begin the massage.

Movements: gentle strokes from the inner corner of the eye outward and toward the temples.

Movements: start at the sides of the nose and glide the spoon upward toward the ear.

Time: 2–3 minutes per side.

Movements: from the chin along the jawline toward the ear.

Time: 1–2 minutes per side.
NECK
Movements: from under the chin downward toward the collarbones.

Time: 2–3 minutes.
