    Product dries/hardens

    At first, the product had a good consistency, but then it dried/hardened immediately and is really difficult to apply and handle with the brush. :(

    Brow wax consistency

    The product became strange white and clumpy shortly after opening? What could that be due to? It doesn't apply as well anymore as when it was clear gel.
