Do not recommend
Would not recommend this product as an eyeshadow primer. I do not feel that it gives good “grip” and takes a long time to dry. Ingredients
An invisible, hydrating primer for eyeshadow and under-eye concealer that smooths skin and locks down color to prevent creasing, fading, and smudging. This 93 percent-natural, transparent formula works across all skin tones to create a smooth base around the eyes and boost the color of eyeshadow and eyeliner. Blue agave extract helps lock in eye makeup and concealer. Natural optical blurring powders provide a soft-focus effect around the eye area.
Use:
Apply a thin layer onto clean eyelids, under-eyes, and inner corners, then blend with fingertips.
-Allow formula to dry down completely to activate grip before applying eye makeup or concealer.
