Normal: for light to heavy bleeding (suitable for most). Made in Sweden from medical grade silicone.
Use:
Choose the size according to your heaviest days of bleeding. Fold the cup and insert. Swim, exercise, sleep - do whatever you want for up to 12 hours. Remove the cup, empty and wash off and reinsert for 12 new hours. Repeat every day you have your period for five years.
