It protects the hair during heat styling and is sufficient if you, for example, blow-dry your hair 🙌 However, if you use a flat iron or curling iron and want a more advanced heat protection, I would recommend supplementing with a separate heat protectant designed for higher temperatures 🩷 All the best!
