Naproxen Orifarm is your go-to for tackling mild to moderate acute pain, whether it's a pesky headache, sudden migraine attacks, toothaches, muscle and joint pain, backaches, or those monthly cramps. You can use Naproxen Orifarm for short-term relief—up to 5 days for pain and 3 days for fever or migraines—without needing to check in with a doctor.

This product belongs to a group of medications known as NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs). They work wonders by reducing inflammation, easing pain, and lowering fever. The anti-inflammatory magic happens because naproxen cuts down on the production of harmful substances (prostaglandins) that pop up during inflammation and tissue damage. The pain-relieving effect is thought to work through a similar mechanism.

For adults:
When in pain: Take 1 tablet as needed, but no more than 2 tablets (500 mg) per day.
For sudden migraine attacks: Take 3 tablets at the first sign of an attack, then 1 tablet as needed, with a max of 5 tablets per day. If Naproxen Orifarm doesn’t help your migraine within 3 days, reach out to your doctor.

For kids over 12:
When in pain: 1 tablet as needed, but no more than 2 tablets (500 mg) per day.

Without a doctor's prescription, Naproxen Orifarm should not be used for more than 5 consecutive days for pain and 3 consecutive days for migraines.

Taking higher doses than recommended can pose serious risks. Avoid using different pain relievers at the same time unless directed by a doctor.
