Mixed feelings
The nicest color for blue eyes! You just have to enjoy it for the two minutes it stays on the eyelid. Maybe the best color and worst durability I've experienced on an eyeliner. For most, it may look more brown in daylight. As for it smudging under the eyes: this is a soft/creamy pencil that is easy to blend, and such formulas can move more on oily skin or with running/watery eyes. Feel free to apply a bit of eye primer or a thin layer of powder under the eye before application, and apply in thin strokes with pauses between layers. If you want a more vibrant purple and waterproof variant, the NYX Epic Wear Liner Sticks – Fierce Purple or GOSH Matte Eye Liner – 016 True Violet could be good alternatives.
