Top Dry is a uv gel polish that creates a hard, extremely shiny outer protective layer!
Can be used as a top coat on strengthened and built nails. Not suitable for thin and weak nails.
Do not use on classic nail polish. Doesn't require rinsing with Nail Cleaner.
It's perfect for styling using decorative pollen such as Chrome Effect, Moonlight Effect, Sunset Effect and 3D Holo Effect.
