How to Use:
1. Wash your hands. Peel off the wrapper.
2. Pull out the string.
3. Gently part your labia with your free hand.
4. Ease the tampon up and back into the vagina as far as it can comfortably go. If there's any resistance, tweak the angle slightly. If you can still feel the tampon, nudge it a little deeper. Once it's correctly positioned, you shouldn't be able to feel it. Remember to wash your hands once more.

Removal is a snap: Simply tug gently on the string. If it feels tough to remove, it might not be fully saturated yet. If that's the case, give it a little more time before trying again and maybe opt for a tampon with less absorbency next time. Always toss the tampon in the bin. Flushing is a no-go.
