Usage:
1. Wash your hands. Remove the wrapper.
2. Pull out the string.
3. Gently separate your labia with your free hand.
4. Ease the tampon up and back into the vagina as far as it can go. If there's resistance, tweak the angle a bit. If you can still feel the tampon, nudge it in a little more. Once it's correctly positioned, you shouldn't be able to feel it. Wash your hands again.

Removal is a snap: Simply tug gently on the string. If it feels tough to remove, the tampon might not be fully saturated yet. If so, wait a while longer before trying to remove it and consider opting for a tampon with lower absorbency next time. Always dispose of the tampon in the bin. Do not flush it down the toilet.
