🌹Light hydration and light feel
I have been using Pixi Rose Tonic for about 1 year in my skincare routine. I give it 5 stars as I believe it delivers what it promises, which is a light hydration and soothing feel on the skin under my moisturizing cream. I have used it both morning/evening. It has a distinct perfumed rose scent if you like that.
