PlumeHot and Cold Breast Pack

When breasts feel sore, tight, or heavy, the right temperature can provide much-needed relief. Plume breast warmers are designed for both warm and cold use during breastfeeding and pumping.

The soft gel pads shape comfortably to the breast and remain flexible even when chilled. One side is covered with a gentle fabric for direct contact with the skin and feels comfortable even during cold therapy. The pads are BPA-free and filled with water-based gel beads.

How to use
• Warm before or during breastfeeding/pumping for a softer, more relaxed feeling
• Cold after breastfeeding or pumping to cool and reduce discomfort

Heating: 10–15 seconds in the microwave (heat in short intervals)
Cooling: Store in the freezer for approx. 2 hours or in the refrigerator for milder cooling

Never heat a frozen pad.
Cleaning: Rinse with water and mild soap.

How to Use:

Heat can be used during breastfeeding or pumping to create a relaxed feeling in the breast.

• Gently warm the breast pack in the microwave.

• Place it against the breast for a short time before breastfeeding or pumping. It can also be used on the breast during breastfeeding or pumping.

Microwave heating:
– 15 seconds at 700 W
– or 10 seconds at max. 1000 W
(If needed, continue heating in 5-second intervals)

Cold can be used after the breast has been emptied to cool and reduce discomfort.
• Place the breast pack in the freezer for approx. 2 hours. Depending on the desired temperature, it can also be placed in the refrigerator.
• Place the brushed fabric side directly against the skin on the breast.
