With Rica, this is totally achievable, as it’s a gentle wax designed to adhere to hair, not skin. This unique formula combines resin with nourishing and moisturizing oils, plus beeswax. Beeswax is a secretion from the “Apis Mellifica,” the bee that produces honey. This wax is extracted from honeycombs today just like in the old days, by dipping them in hot water. The wax then rises to the surface and is collected. Beeswax contains small amounts of pollen and, most importantly, Propolis (bee glue).
