I am happy with natural & easy. I chose no. 550 because it is closest to my own hair color. There is a good user guide that makes it easy to color your hair yourself when you don't have time to sit at the hairdresser in a busy everyday life. I have beginning gray hair, which it covers nicely, here it should sit a little longer than in the rest of the hair. The consistency is fine, the smell requires some airing if you are sensory challenged in relation to it.
