A product designed for intense degreasing of the nail plate by removing excess moisture from its surface.
Use:
1. Matte the nail using the Semilac buffer block.
2. Clean the nail plate with the Semilac dust brush.
3. Degrease the nail with Semilac Nail Cleaner.
4. Apply a thin layer of Dehydrator.
5. Allow a few seconds for it to dry.
6. Apply primer or base coat.
