    Perfect serum

    I love Cerave serums and this one is no exception. Lovely lightweight and well-spreadable consistency. The pump bottle is really convenient to use. Plus for being fragrance-free as well. I’ve only had the chance to use the product for a couple of weeks before my trip abroad and I haven’t used this serum while being abroad since retinol can cause skin sensitivity to the sun and the UV here is really high. I will continue using it right after the vacation. I’ve already noticed that my skin has become smoother in just a couple of weeks and the serum hasn’t caused any skin irritation in my daily use, even though it’s good to start with retinol products e.g. every other day, so the skin gets used to it. I participated as a tester through Smartson and received the product for free to test.

    A little sting at first

    I have been using this retinol serum in the evenings for about 3-4 weeks. I started cautiously, and my skin adjusted well to the product without strong irritation. The texture is light and easy to apply, and it absorbs quickly. My skin feels smoother in the mornings, and the lines look a bit softer.     Amazing serum

    I noticed a clear difference in my skin's condition in just a few weeks. At first, my skin temporarily got worse (the so-called retinol uglies?), but after that, my skin became radiant and hydrated. The packaging is also convenient. Product received for testing through Smartson.

    Totally okay

    I have been a test pilot for Smartson and got to try this product from CeraVe for free. About me: 41 years old, dry skin. Fine lines on my forehead. Lacking firmness and glow. I have tried the CeraVe Skin Renewing Vitamin C Serum in the morning and followed up with the CeraVe Skin Renewing Peptide Cream. At night, I have used the CeraVe Skin Renewing Retinol Serum. Both serums absorb easily and quickly into the skin without feeling sticky. Neutral scent. With the night serum containing retinol, I felt a bit of tingling in my skin, and since I am new to retinol, I started using it every other night. The peptide cream is wonderful! Very thick consistency, but not greasy and leaves no film on the skin. You feel completely soft afterward. However, I notice that by the afternoon, I still feel a bit dry and tight. I like all the products, but in this short time, I haven't noticed any direct difference in how my skin looks or feels. I need more moisture than what these products have provided. I will add something more hydrating both day and night. And continue to try them. I think the testing period has been a bit too short.

    Good serum

    I have now been using this retinol serum as a man in the evenings for a few weeks. The serum is light and absorbs quickly, and my face doesn't feel sticky against the pillow. My skin is not irritated, but rather feels smoother and more even. Also, my skin tone has become a bit more even. Big plus for the fact that the product is almost scentless, as I don't want to smell like any cosmetics shelf when going to bed.
