Usage:
“Start by applying FROH flat onto your brow and confidently trace the outline – it visually enhances your brows. Then, brush through with a spoolie to evenly distribute the product for a totally natural finish. Comb the hairs back up to define your brows even more. Let them dry a bit, and if needed, you can thicken the center of your brows with a second light layer.”
