Gladiator Blood 3.0 is built for those who are tired of pre-workouts that promise a lot and dose a little. We put everything we know about pre-workout into one tub – and printed every milligram on the label, so you can see exactly what you get.

A full dose delivers 7000 mg L-citrulline, 4000 mg beta-alanine, 1000 mg taurine and 750 mg arginine nitrate. On top of that, 422 mg caffeine from two sources – caffeine anhydrous and guarana – together with L-tyrosine, choline bitartrate, betaine, L-theanine and bacopa. No proprietary blends, no fillers taking up space from what counts.

You choose the strength. One scoop (11 g) is plenty for an everyday session, two scoops (22 g) when it is time to go all in. Mix with 150–300 ml of water, wait 20 minutes and get to work. The tub gives 40 light or 20 full doses.

How to Use:

Mix 1–2 scoops (11–22 g) with 150–300 ml of water and take approx. 20–30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The tub contains 440 g = 40 servings of 11 g or 20 servings of 22 g.
