  I have sensitive combination skin with red spots and redness when I get very stressed or exert myself. My question is whether this skin is strengthened and the sensitivity reduced if I use it as the last step in my skincare, so after the cream, or should I use it before my cream? Or can I use it before the cream and then spray extra over the cream?
