How to Use:

1. Feel your feet for rough areas and callus. 2.Hold the foot file against your foot and use a downward or circular motion to scrape off any dead, thickened skin. 3. Continue scraping the skin until all areas of the foot are smooth. Repeat these steps on the other foot. 4. Once finished, rinse the foot file under running water.
