Please register a complaint through your Lyko account or app by going to Profile - Order history - open the order - Register a complaint. When submitting the complaint, please include a few clear photos showing the issue, as well as the product’s batch code. This can usually be found on the packaging or on the bottom of the lipstick 📷
Once you’ve submitted the complaint, it will be sent directly to the right team who can take a closer look and help you further.
