0.5 % to 2.0% change
Hey! I currently use 0.5 % ordinary retinol. It took sometime for my skin to get used to it and now I am seeing results (I guess). I want to move to stringer 2.0% retinoid . Is this change recommended? I am 32 years old, get acne from time to time. Can this change to stronger % worsen the acne? There are much better options than this. I have been using sketch eye liners for years. This is one of my least fav. I like it because it's vegan, smells great. This shampoo makes my hair soft for 2 days but later they become extremely dry. I dislike that it doesn't take out oil from hair properly. It was working great when I started using it,for first few months. Now I feel it's destroying natural quality of my hair. I had good soft black thick South asian hair.
