    BAD PACKAGING

    This palette has been pissing me off so bad. 2 of the pressed pigments have broken and had to be thrown away, and a third is on its way. And of course it's only the colours I bought it for that're falling apart. If you buy this, keep it at home and don't bother carrying it around in your make-up bag, I can guarantee it will fall apart. Otherwise, a good product. Nothing wrong with the formula. Have never come across a palette that falls apart like this though.

      Hi Iza! 😊 Thank you so much for sharing your experience 🤍 We truly understand the frustration – it’s especially disappointing when it’s your favorite shades that are affected. Pressed pigments can unfortunately be more sensitive to bumps and pressure 💗 A small tip is to store the palette flat and avoid letting it move around loosely among other products. If a shade has already cracked, it’s often possible to gently “repress” it – there are plenty of simple step-by-step tutorials on YouTube that show how to do this. Have a nice day! 🌞
