Use:

Brush your teeth, rinse your mouth and dry your teeth with a towel.

Apply the PAP+ gel to clean teeth using the brush on the tubes. Avoid brushing on the gums. Insert the mouth tray into your mouth and turn on the light. Allow the light to activate the whitening and treat the gums for 20 minutes. Rinse your mouth.

Repeat for 8-12 days for desired results and whiteness.

Try to avoid drinking coffee, red wine, or other food and beverages that easily stain teeth, for the next 24 hours after treatment.
