For your best oral hygiene, we recommend that you change toothbrush heads every three months. There are Regular brush heads and Whitening brush head, you choose the one you prefer. Each Beconfident® brush head has a blue color marker that fades over time, when it has turned light blue, it is best to switch to a new brush head. Take the opportunity to clean the toothbrush handle with lukewarm water and wipe off old toothpaste residues. Remove the old brush head, clean the bracket and slide the new brush head on the handle. Now you get a clean teeth again!
