You’re walking through a sun-sprinkled garden in a secluded town on the Mediterranean coast. It could be any country, let’s say Greece just for the fun of it. Olive sprigs creak, think ancient branches. Not fully dated to the Jurassic, but almost. These trees have lived.

Suddenly, there’s a citrus breeze. An old woman is sitting there, zesting lemons? Cozy! This is your daydream, so anything could happen. An olive branch falls to the ground (dangerously close to your head tbh). Dusty olives jump like bouncy balls in your mouth. Insane! I mean, that’s insane that you could catch them all. Mmm… Intense taste. Have you tried these? You ask the old woman. She doesn’t understand English, but smiles. You try with “γεια!” instead. The old woman laughs and hands you a lemon but…
