A good fiber mascara

Huge disappointment compared to Sensai 38
I have used Sensai 38 for 20 years and have been super satisfied. I have never been afraid that it would run. I bought this because I saw that it could be washed off at 38 degrees. After one hour, I was black under the eyes. This is not worth more than a cheap mascara for 59 kroner.1049 views- The user's roll: Former employee. Huge disappointment
I used to use That Perfect Mascara which was absolutely perfect. It applied evenly right away and only needed one coat, no clumps and it stayed without flaking and smudging all day even in difficult weather and outdoor work. However, I haven't been able to find it anymore and took this one in hopes that it would be similar. This is definitely not the same, but the lashes are full of clumps when applying and it flakes down my cheeks while brushing.
