Huge disappointment
I used to use That Perfect Mascara which was absolutely perfect. It applied evenly right away and only needed one coat, no clumps and it stayed without flaking and smudging all day even in difficult weather and outdoor work. However, I haven't been able to find it anymore and took this one in hopes that it would be similar. This is definitely not the same, but the lashes are full of clumps when applying and it flakes down my cheeks while brushing.
