Apply according to the following three steps.

BREATHE - Warm up the product between the palms and open the palms close to your face, and inhale, take a deep breath in through the nose, and exhale properly through the mouth. Relax.

CALM - Distribute the product with gentle and calm movements, like a caress, from the center of the face and outwards down to the neck. Then use the entire surface of the fingers to gently and carefully press against the skin, from the center out, and down the neck.

RELAX - Place your fingers in front of your ears, near your temples, and perform a relaxing pause with a pressure for 5 seconds.
