    Did I do something wrong?

    After using this once, it felt like there was a residue left where I applied the conditioner. My hair looked oily.. I thought I rinsed out the product completely until my hair felt normal under the water. So I don't know if I did something wrong or if the product is not for my hair.

This conditioner is smoothing and adds shine, so it can feel heavy or leave a residue if your hair is fine or tends to get oily easily. Use only a small amount on the lengths and ends, avoid the scalp, leave it on for about 3 minutes, and rinse thoroughly. If your hair still feels oily afterward, the product is probably not the best match for your hair. Hope your next wash feels better! 💛

    Should I stop using this, or is this normal?

    I used this once and woke up the next morning with my skin pretty dry. My skin also had quite a bit of texture that I’ve never had before. When I applied the serum, I didn’t notice anything wrong then or in the evening.

Feel free to pause the serum until your skin calms down and focus on hydration for a while. If you want to try again later, do it cautiously and without other active products at the same time (if you’re using anything else) just moisture, to see how your skin reacts.
