    Why is the packaging cracking? I just received a new one but it has also cracked!

      Hello Alexandra! 😊 Hard plastic packaging can crack due to pressure or rapid temperature changes, and it is good to store the product in a cool/dry place and avoid unnecessary pressure! But when a package has already cracked, we want to take a closer look at it. Register a complaint via My Pages 16 Order History 16 open your order 16 Complain (or use the return/complaint form at the bottom of the homepage), and attach clear pictures of the crack and the entire product, plus when the defect was discovered and if it leaked.
