Lighten hair without bleaching
Hi! I want to dye my dark blonde hair to light blonde without bleaching. I've tried the Vanilla Sky toner before, but there was almost no difference. I bleached my hair for about two and a half years but stopped about a year and a half ago, so it became very damaged, thin, and with split ends. Now I have a lot of regrowth that I want to lighten. But I don't want to damage my hair more. What can you recommend?
