Really bad packaging
The packaging designer really needs to give this some serious thought, because the packaging is basically impossible to get any product out of. It’s very hard, and you have to put in a lot of effort to get what’s at the bottom out. The conditioner is also very firm, which further affects how easy it is to get the product out.. I don’t have strong opinions about the product itself; it’s neither super good nor really bad. Definitely average. I find that the conditioner makes my scalp oily. Previously, I needed to wash my hair every 3-4 days, but now my scalp gets oily already after 24 hours and my hair feels heavy and stringy. I also don’t like the bottle; it has a twist cap which makes it hard to hold and dispense the conditioner at the same time as you want to screw the cap back on.
