The comment was made 2 monthsHey Amanda, To achieve a warmer tone and get rid of the ashy look, you can do this: Mix in a tiny, tiny bit of RefectoCil No. 4 (Chestnut) or No. 4.1 (Red) into your regular color. Just a little can be enough to break the cold tone and give a naturally warmer result. The time you let the color sit also affects it; the longer the time, the colder and darker the result can become.
