Doesn't fit?
I bought a jar of this from Rituals' own website last year and also bought a refill that fit perfectly in the jar. Now I received this one and it doesn't fit?? The jar can't be closed at all now, I noticed it has a higher edge than my other refill. Why is there no information about this?? Red marks
Works well for the pimple itself and sticks well... BUT every time the patch leaves a red mark where it has been. My theory is that it creates some kind of suction mark, because every time I used them overnight, it had sucked up liquid to the max, meaning the whole patch was white and bulging out. At first, I thought I was doing something wrong. I was careful to put them on dry skin after cleansing and not to apply serum and moisturizer too close, tried different sizes even though it was just a few smaller pimples but nothing helped. Combine with antioxidants
Does this work together with Niche Beauty Lab Theramid Lino 8 Antioxidant treatment? I originally started using The Ordinary's Multi-Peptide + HA serum and their Multi-Antioxidant Radiance serum (was actually a bit put off by the comments on Lino 8 with my combination skin but still willing to try), but realized that the antioxidant serum doesn't work with some peptide serums, and I'm thinking that if I therefore replace the antioxidant serum and don't have vitamin C in my morning routine, I should just as well be able to include some copper peptides that this also contains? The COSRX serum has a light, essence-like texture with several peptides, including copper peptides, while Lino-8 contains a broad mix of antioxidants. Since Lino-8 does not rely on pure vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), there is no known conflict between the products, so they can be used in the same routine. Compared to the combination from The Ordinary, this can also be a smoother alternative. The COSRX serum is very thin and absorbs quickly, which often reduces the risk of the products "pilling" when used together with Lino-8. If you have combination skin, it might be good to know that some find Lino-8 feels a bit richer in texture. However, that doesnât necessarily mean itâs unsuitable; many with combination skin do well with it, especially if you adjust the amount or use a lighter moisturizer. Use alone
Hi! Does this work to use alone on dry skin (so not wet) without moisturizer afterward? I donât like washing my face in the morning and feel the oil balance in my skin is more balanced when I donât do much with it in the morning, while also wanting to prevent aging and work on fine lines. The serum is water-based with hyaluronic acid and peptides, it hydrates but if you ever need extra moisture, you can instead apply it on slightly damp skin or put a thin cream on top đ€ SPF should always be applied last; if it starts to ball up under the sunscreen, use a little less serum and let it absorb enough before applying SPF. Your evening routine with retinal works great together with this serum, and it doesn't need to be doubled if the skin already feels balanced 𫧠All the best!
