I've been struggling for a long time to get softer hair. I've used, among others, K18, Olaplex treatments, moisture, moisture. I've spent so much money on my hair. I've also stopped bleaching it. Lately, I've felt my hair has become softer and fuller. I just ordered Olaplex 3, the latest version, for a bit of luxury.
When I followed all the instructions and finished with a moisturizing conditioner, I was completely shocked when I took the towel off my hair. There were lots of strange tangles that were a nightmare to detangle! When the hair dried, it was dry and weird and a lot of hair fell out when I brushed it. Hope it stops! This Olaplex 03 was not suitable for my hair. Only used once and my hair feels damaged. I will try to save it with moisture, moisture, moisture again.
It feels incredibly sad. How could it end up like this? I will never put it in my hair again. I would like to hear an explanation from Olaplex? I know my products well and I know it was Olaplex 3 that caused this. I would prefer to just return it.

The same thing happened to me 😞 but I did as it says on the packaging, to apply "from roots to end." Here on Lyko it says to apply from the middle lengths to the ends. I will dare to try and see if it makes any difference.
