    Dark

    Used dark blonde cendre ash, left it on for 10 minutes and the hair turned more black than dark blonde. Had hoped to get rid of the red-orange and make it cooler. That it became so dark that it feels like black was a disappointment. Luckily, it’s only a toner that will wash out.

    Worthless

    Completely wasted money. It started burning after about 10 uses. Got so hot that it burned my hair. NOT recommended.
