The product is really great, but the packaging is terrible. I see that several others are complaining about it too.

Maybe it can help to put it in the fridge for a while, and if it’s still stuck, screw it all the way down and then carefully back up again, hold the bottom (not the cap) and try a little trick in the opposite direction if the threads have locked. If it still won’t open, it indicates a defective sleeve – then you can file a complaint via your account (My pages/Order history → current order → Complaint). Hope this helps
