Hard to use
Haven't used it long enough yet to judge the effect, but I find it feels tricky to apply. Usually use Kerastase Genesis serum but thought I'd try this one which some say is quite similar but about 1/6 the price. Big minus right away because it's so runny (hard to keep it in the right spots), and the dropper bottle makes it hard to see how much has been applied. Prefer Kerastase with a more gel-like consistency and dropper any day of the week. However, good ingredient list, hopeful for possible results! Generous but many duplicates
Generous box with many products from good brands that I know I like! However, I agree with what several others have pointed out: it gets a bit layered with so many similar products. It would have been fun with, for example, a shower gel as a complement to the body lotion, a razor for the shaving foam, or to swap one of the SPFs for a self-tanner. This feels a bit like just picking together what was available without considering the whole. However, it’s good for sharing between two! Ending the year on a high note
I really liked the contents of this box! Great mix of makeup, skin/hair care, and fragrance in a super cute toiletry bag. Considering that three of the full-size products are hair care, it should be an advantage to appreciate that if you want to get the most out of the box. For full points, I would have wished that the Dermalogica serum had been a few ml larger (3 ml is super cute but small), as it feels hard to get a fair picture of the product with so few uses that 3 ml allows. Fun mix
Fun mix of products that will be exciting to try, fast delivery. Rating is pulled down by three factors: 1. Relatively many of the products only last a maximum of a couple of uses (except for the three face masks: the scalp mask from cold brew, toner at 16(!) ml, and snail sleeping hair ampoule which can only last a maximum of 2 uses). Of course, it's visible if you read more in-depth about the products, but I didn't really count on so many 'one-time products'. 2. Sunscreen serum with SPF50 doesn't feel like a real ten-pointer in October/November. 3. Feels relatively expensive for the content, likely partly due to point 1. In summary, fun stuff (especially for someone who isn't so k-beauty-obsessed yet), but not the best lovables I've ordered.1 product in post Fun mix3567 views
