The worst heat product I've ever used
Impossible to apply evenly as you can't see or feel where the product lays. I got the worst curls with the least hold I've had since I started curling my hair! Additionally, there was something in the product that made my hair tangle up so badly throughout the evening. I spent 20-30 minutes and half a bottle of conditioner trying to get the tangles out the next day. This product went STRAIGHT to recycling!1 product in post The worst heat product I've ever used5 views- Customer service at Lyko2 daysHey Benedicte 💌 Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience – even though it’s really sad to hear that the product didn’t work for you 😔 We completely understand the frustration, especially when it both gives poor results and causes trouble with tangled hair afterwards. Some styling products can unfortunately react very differently from hair type to hair type, and it sounds like this just wasn’t a good match for your hair 💇♀️💨 We really appreciate honest feedback like this – it helps both us and other customers find the right products 🙏 If you need help finding an alternative that provides hold without weighing down or tangling the hair, you are always more than welcome to reach out to us 💖 Have a lovely day!

For brown hair?
Hi, does this work for brown hair or does it leave white/gray residue in dark hair?1 product in post For brown hair?37 views- Customer service at Lyko2 monthsHi! 😊 Thanks for your question! Schwarzkopf Professional Session Label THE TEXTURIZER is a lightweight texturizing spray that won't leave a white or gray residue, so it works well on brown and dark hair too. It provides an "undone" texture and light hold without weighing the hair down, and is completely free of that classic "dry shampoo feeling" that can often leave visible residue. Perfect if you want volume and definition without visible product! 🙌 Feel free to reach out if you have more questions 💫

Doesn't cover gray hair.
Just tried this for the first time. The color was nice, but my gray hairs are still gray... So I'm giving up on my quest for a home dye that covers gray hair. My go-to was Loreal's Excellence Creme, but they changed the formula last year and since then it hasn't covered gray hair either.1 product in post Doesn't cover gray hair.2952 viewsto leave a comment
