BUT it plumps well and also stimulates circulation, which is great when lips start to get a bit dry, they quickly return to being soft. Very satisfied that it’s from the same brand. It says there can be a tingling sensation. Very mild in my opinion, but my skin is used to it. I also have Medicube’s exosome shot 7500, and that really stings. :) It takes a long time to absorb, so it’s not for me before makeup in the morning. Hence 4 stars.
