1. Shampoo
2. The protein treatment - let it sit for 5-10 minutes and rinse out 🚿
3. Conditioner (optional) - if you have dry, frizzy, or thick hair, it can be nice to finish with a light conditioner for extra softness.
📌 If your hair already feels soft and not tangled after the treatment, you don’t always need conditioner. The treatment works like a reconstructive mask, so for many, it’s enough as the last step.
