    Dry mascara

    I usually use this mascara, but this time it was super dry. The packaging was sealed, but when I opened and used it, hardly anything came on the lashes because it was so dry. Could it be a new formula that is supposed to be like this, or did I get one that is messed up?

      Experienced the same thing 2 years ago, and the same with Clump Defy from the same brand – all mascaras from Max Factor are SUPER DRY AND HARDLY COME OFF ON THE LASHES!
