    One side doesn't work and now it doesn't tilt at all, wondering if I can send it back, haven't used it that often, it's so sad to waste a lot of money on something that doesn't work as it should

    After using it for the first time, my face turned red and burned especially under my eyes, EMS LED only works on the right side, I don't know what happened 🥹
