I use the âRetinal + Niacinamide Youth Serumâ from the brand âYouth to the Peopleâ which contains 0.15% stabilized retinaldehyde. I really like the product but I'm curious about Medik8 and their retinal, so I'm wondering which product I should choose from Medik8 considering what I'm using today? I would be very grateful for guidance!

If you want to start cautiously, choose Crystal Retinal 6 (0.06âŻ%) and ramp up later.
Tip: Introduce the product gradually anyway, even if the strength is similar â just a reminder that the formula differs between brands. Feel free to continue with soothing and moisturizing products in parallel.
