    How do I choose the right strength?

    Hi! I use the “Retinal + Niacinamide Youth Serum” from the brand “Youth to the People” which contains 0.15% stabilized retinaldehyde. I really like the product but I'm curious about Medik8 and their retinal, so I'm wondering which product I should choose from Medik8 considering what I'm using today? I would be very grateful for guidance!

      I understand! When I look, it seems like Medik8 Crystal Retinal 10 – contains about 0.10 % retinaldehyde, which is close to your current strength and a good alternative. If you want to start cautiously, choose Crystal Retinal 6 (0.06 %) and ramp up later. Tip: Introduce the product gradually anyway, even if the strength is similar – just a reminder that the formula differs between brands.
