I have used this several times before and the content had a slightly yellowish color, like vitamin C serums often do. But when I opened a new package now to use it, the content was completely clear in color and felt a bit different. Has the product been changed or could it be that I received a defective product?

The color of vitamin C products can vary a bit from batch to batch, and both color and feel can differ slightly between bottles. The usual sign that vitamin C has gone bad is that it gets darker, not clearer. If the serum smells normal and behaves normally on the skin, there is nothing to indicate that something is wrong 🤍 If you are still unsure, you can register a complaint under My Pages, Order History, and we will take care of it.
