    Does this shampoo and conditioner have proteins in it? I think my hair has gotten too much protein, so I use a lot of proteins in my routine. I need to take a break from protein completely for a while, would this combo be good for my hair then?

      Hey Ebba! 👋🏼 This shampoo and conditioner are a good alternative if you want to take a break from protein-rich products. They will not add more protein to your hair and can help restore balance in your routine 🤗 Neither the shampoo nor the conditioner contains direct proteins like keratin, hydrolyzed wheat/silk/soy protein, or amino acids in any significant amount. There is Histidine in both products, which technically is an amino acid, but it is not an active protein with rebuilding effects, and the amount is very small 😊 Have a nice day ☀️
