Went from having to wash my hair every day to every other day with this, so very satisfied! I use it twice a week. My hair doesn't like "clarifying shampoo," so being able to cleanse the scalp without making the hair dry and porous has helped a lot. I also feel this cleanses the scalp well without causing irritation.
