    Product Amount

    Is it true that 1/4 of the product is missing? The product arrived today, and from the pictures on the side, it’s clear that the bottle isn’t completely full, but such a large missing amount definitely seems suspicious..

Thank you for your question ❤️ We have confirmed the matter with our warehouse and the importer, and yes - the product is slightly "incomplete" when new in this way I understand that it can cause confusion! 🙊 The product must always be shaken well before use, so this "incompleteness" ensures that there is room in the bottle for the product to mix ☺️ Have a nice day 💖

    Pretty good

    Pretty good basic gloves. They do the job and the price is right, though I would have preferred them to be a bit coarser.

    Annoying gap between the plates

    It definitely creates an annoying situation for those with thin hair, as there's an annoying gap between the plates unless you squeeze them (properly) together. I contacted the manufacturer, and they said it's supposed to be like that. It annoys me how large sections of hair you have to take at once, and it feels like the result is therefore not satisfactory. The temperature control is nice though.
